As a member of our team, you will participate in various training settings for each aspect of our company. Through hands-on training we combine leadership development and management skills. This method takes about 6-12 months to help the new employee grow from an entry-level position to a manager level.

  • Phase One

    As a Client Representative, the employee’s focus is direct brand representation, account acquisition, training, understanding consumer psychology and product knowledge, while working side by side with a Client Manager.

  • Phase Two

    The second phase is Client Manager, in which the person will be in charge of hiring, training, and managing a team. They take their team on site, both in-office and in store. They coach based on metrics of new account acquisition, empowerment and accountability.

  • Phase Three

    The Assistant Manager role is the person who works side-by-side with the Market Manager in business development and operations. The role also includes management of the brand representative team and consistent implementation of the core values of the company.

  • Phase Four

    The Market Manager position is earned once the individual has developed experience managing each aspect of representative development, team development, and business development. This person oversees all the day to day operations of each.*
