Theresa is from a small town in Virginia. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ave Maria University in Florida. She started in the company in the Client Representative role in South Carolina and was invited to move to Kansas City to finish training for the Management role which she got promoted to in April of 2021. She is now opening up her own franchise location in Boise, Idaho. Her favorite part of this business is the relationships she builds with her team and being able to help them achieve the highest level of success they can. Her next goal is to promote four more individuals to the Market Management position within the next nine months.

David is from St. Louis. Before starting in this business, he was self-employed as an owner and sales representative for his own roofing company. He has grown from Client Representative to Market Manager, overseeing our STL Territory. His favorite part of the business is the opportunity for management training and the team culture! His next goal is to be promoted to Market Manager.
